Mauricio is responsible for leading all real estate activities for the organization, including deal funding, project execution, expansion of our current 200 unit portfolio and overseeing asset management.

Charles Carranza is Aloe Capital’s VP of Strategy and Operations.

Charles is responsible for leading and directing the strategic and operational activities of the organization including acquisitions, full project life-cycle and operational excellence on our 200+ unit and US$10.5M portfolio.  

Leila Mourtada is Aloe Capital’s Director of Marketing.

Leila is responsible for directing, developing, and implementing all marketing activities with a focus on building brand awareness, promoting investment opportunities and generating qualified leads.

Gui Oliveira is Aloe Capital’s Acquisitions Manager.

Gui is responsible for finding investment opportunities in flourishing neighbourhoods for future acquisitions. 

Austin Arguin is Aloe Capital’s Project Manager.

Austin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the portfolio to help ensure that it attains its maximum profit potential.
